During the Spieker Point Inc. open house, Walter Schwabe from FusedLogic TV interviews Greg Campbell, President & CEO of Spieker Point about what Spieker Point offers its customers.

“We’re here at Spieker Point Software Engineering and Solutions at their open house and eighth anniversary. Welcome back to fusedlogic TV. I’ve got Greg Campbell the president and CEO of Spieker Point back in the hot seat. Greg thanks for coming back on the show.”
Greg Campbell:
“Thanks for having me again.”
Walter Schwabe:
“Okay so let’s talk a little bit about what you guys do every day”
Greg Campbell:
“Sure great question. Thanks Walter. Spieker Point is a analytics company where we analyze our customers data we look at the business processes that they deal with on a day-to-day basis both internally to the customer as well as externally with their end customers and we build both of those or take both those and build them into software so we’re really a software development company but we have a analytics and a business process bend to us.”
Walter Schwabe:
“Okay so given that then let’s talk a little bit about what your ideal client might be what sort of situation are your clients most likely to be in for them to be ideal for you.”
Greg Campbell:
“An ideal customer for us Walter looks like looks like this they’ve grown incredibly over the last little while they’re owned by one or a handful of people there probably are running about a hundred people in size running about million dollars in revenue or better on both of those and they’re trying to do something differently they’re ensuring they want to ensure that they are not having their customers fall through the cracks.”
Walter Schwabe:
“Right when you grow at that kind of pace all of a sudden you know inefficient processes become a real problem.”
Greg Campbell:
“Exactly.”
Walter Schwabe:
“So you guys step in help with the analytics help with the business processes devise software that solves those problems and gets them on their way to further growth.”
Greg Campbell:
“That’s exactly right while maintaining that personal touch that they currently have with the customer that caused them to grow in the first place.”
Walter Schwabe:
